Cancellation policy for group lessons
- In the event of rain, there will be no group lessons, but the students are requested to check either the website or their preferred form of communication (text or email) to check on the condition of a court and to make sure the lesson is really canceled. They will receive credit for the rained-out class.
- If a student purchases a package of classes, they are allowed to reschedule once per month, due to sickness or other emergency at least 24hours before the class. Make-ups have to be completed in the same month, or same semester if that is applicable.
